2. Description of Service
> CloudScout analyzes public content and may change over time.
3. Prompt Originality
The analyses, scores, and summaries produced by CloudScout are generated using models and heuristics that may also be used by others. We do not claim exclusivity or originality over generic evaluation rubrics or model behavior.
3. Prompt Originality
> Our scoring and summaries are model outputs, not exclusive inventions.
4. Prompt Licensing
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable subscription plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CloudScout for your internal research and decision-making. 4. Prompt Licensing
> You can use CloudScout for your own work, but not repackage it as a competing product.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that CloudScout will return identical results for the same query over time. Models, data sources, and scoring rubrics may change, which can affect outputs. You should not rely on any single report as a sole basis for critical decisions.
5. No Guarantee of Results
> Results may change over time; don't treat a single report as absolute truth.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you interpret and act on CloudScout outputs, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You may not use our Services to generate, monitor, or target illegal, harmful, or discriminatory activity. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

7. Ownership of Generated Content
You own the decisions, strategies, and downstream work product you create using CloudScout reports, subject to any third-party platform terms where you deploy that work. CloudScout does not claim ownership over your independent work product, but you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on the rights of others.
7. Ownership of Generated Content
> You own what you build with the insights, but you must respect others' rights.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. We may remove or modify prompts without notice. We are not liable for any loss of access to prompts or data.
8. Account Termination
> We can ban you or remove prompts anytime.
